Air Travel to Evanston

Air travel for the conference has been arranged through Tower Travel, one of several travel agencies that work with Northwestern. Although you may want to arrange travel on your own, out-of-town conference attendees may also call them toll-free at (866) 682-8785 and mention the “Asian American Studies at Northwestern” conference to find fares for flights to Chicago. Several airports serve the Chicago metropolitan area: O’Hare airport is closer to Evanston than Midway. Taxis and shuttles to Evanston are available at both O’Hare and Midway.

Driving Directions and Parking

Northwestern University is in Evanston, just north of Chicago on the western shore of Lake Michigan. The campus sits just east and north of downtown Evanston along the lakeshore. Online maps and driving directions are available. Parking is available on a limited basis.
